  • Beautiful decor. Good food. Horrible service. I only wish I could remember our waitresses name. My sister had her bachelorette party here and we were seated in a nice large booth in the back. She is not a loud person and no one would have even known we were celebrating. Before long we were asked to move! I mean within 15 minutes of arriving and still waiting for other guests to arrive. We had to squeeze in way too close to one another so they could take away a table and seat 3 other people who came in after us. It was awkward and uncomfortable to be packed that close together. My water glass was never refilled. It was empty more than half of the night. She pressured us into ordering right away. As soon as one friend sat down she was waiting to take her cocktail order and the friend asked twice for time to look over the menu. She didn't give us much time to look over the menu but continued to press everyone to order. So, she was hovering around waiting to take the food order but when it comes to refilling water, god forbid we have anything to drink...I had to pile up everyones bread plates, appetizers, bread basket on my side, even after we were through with our meals because our server never came to take away the plates. I had to ask her to please take away the empty dishes so my sister had room to open her gifts. As she was handed the first present, the waitress came over and asked how to split the bill making my sister wait. The friend who organized the party said to put "her's" and pointed to my sister, on he bill. The waitress rudely responded "Who's "her"?". and the friend had to point to my sister again. When my sister was about to open the last gift the waitress came back and passed out the bills, not even bothering to say excuse me or maybe wait until my sister is obviously done, but everyone had to fumble around with their money during the time my sister was supposed to be able to enjoy fun gifts. We felt so unwelcome that we just got up and sat around the couches in the front for 30 minutes until our reservation at Crave. I noticed the other tables were waited on properly and I was disgusted with this horrible experience. Our waitress, an african american lady with black and brown hair (she was also wearing red lipstick) made this is a bad experience and my sister and her friends deserve better. Don't waste your time or money.
