  • Not sure which Cactus Flower I ordered from because I ordered online and used the online number phone number, but the orders were for Scottsdale and the East Valley. Been using Cactus Flower for years. Went online to buy Mothers day flowers for my mother and an aunt who live in town. I found two arrangements that I liked, added them to the cart and went to check out. Their site seems to want to send to only one address per order online. I decided to send them one order at a time because they are going different places. I dumped the other flowers for my aunt from the cart. Finished moms flowers, got a confirmation #, then went and started another order for my aunt. When I went back online the cart already had both sets of flowers in the cart. I dumped moms flowers from the cart this time and went on with my aunt's order. I finished the order putting in new info for her address including special instructions about her gate code. I got another different confirmation #. Today I get a call from my mother thanking me for her two sets of flowers, but knew there was a mistake because the second set said her first name and my aunts last name. Called Cactus Flowers, the girl was very friendly, looked up the orders and then asked to put me on hold so she could look into it. 25 minutes later a girl answers "Cactus Flowers, how may I help you?" I explain that I have already been helped and been on hold for a half hour. She says OK and puts me on hold for another five minutes before I presume is the first girl I talked to asks for a number they can call me back at. I give them my number and get a call a few minutes later from the first girl who is nice and explains that she couldn't get back to me because she lost me in the phone system. Somebody else found me twice, but she couldn't find me. Anyway, she explains that their online system isn't the greatest and feels bad about the mixup. She said next time just call us direct and don't use the internet ordering. She explained that her manager said that they were willing to give me 20% off the next order if I wanted to re send those flowers to my aunt. I declined. So it's basically my fault because I used their online ordering instead of the phone? It was really nice of them to offer me 20% off another order to replace the order they sent to the wrong place. You will probably get good service going direct with Cactus Flower, but stay away from their online ordering, especially if you have more than one arrangement to send. You lost a customer for life Cactus Flower. You put out a not so prime time online ordering system and then when it screwed up an order you blamed the customer, not for screwing up the order, but for having the nerve to use the online ordering system instead of the phone. I used the phone today and spent a half hour on hold with Cactus Flower. I suppose it was my fault for not just going online.
