  • Really not a bad complex. It's undergoing a lot of upgrades. New plumbing, washer/dryer installation in each unit, soon-to-be all-new landscaping. Each building is being fully treated for roach infestation. i have been here for 7 months and have had my apartment sprayed twice and have had fewer problems with roaches than many because I did insist on being treated. And now they are treating the entire complex. As far as regular repairs, Jamie from the maintenance department is very good. He's extremely courteous, friendly, prompt and proficient in all the dealings I have had with him. So all in all, not a bad complex.
