  • If I would be able to give half a star, I would. I came here to get some screws so I could attach my license plate to my scooter. I asked for help and they provided me with the wrong screws. I had to go back and again asked for help. They told me that this other screw would fit. Being not so optimistic for obvious reasons, I decided to try and fit the screws myself at which point the elderly man "who was assisting me" got upset and advised me not to try and to simply trust him. He told me this with MAJOR attitude! I told him that he was being extremely rude and I made a complaint to the store manager who wasn't surprised at all! The manager told me they had problems with this man. I really hope they find people that are a little nicer and more helpful. Not a great experience.
