  • The renovations are horrible. The decor is now cheap and plastic-y, very fake like architecture in Vegas. Proof that you can paint crap gold, but that doesn't make it gold. The service at the front desk is slow. Room service sends the wrong things and then overcharges you for the things you didn't order. Bathrooms are an unsanitary mess. Bed sheets smelled of urine.
