  • So I called Urban Desert Pest Control because we had been seeing too many scorpions in the house. I have 2 kids under 5 years old and needed to protect them. I called the number and left a voice mail. Brad called me back within an hour and we discussed my problem and how he could take care of it. His wife setup the appointment and Brad showed on time. He was very thorough with his treatment and told me once it dried, there would be no issues. The deciding factor was he told me he used the same treatment at his house and he has more kids than I do. If he felt safe using it around his family, I felt safe using it around mine. After he left, it took about 2 hours to dry completely and since that day I haven't seen one scorpion inside or out. And I have only seen a few dead bugs so I'm going to say he came through with his promise. And if I do see anything living, he will come back out for 60 days and retreat. The best part is there is no contract so you can call him out every 60 days, every 6 months or every 2 years depending on your needs. I will use him again.
