  • Today would have been my 3rd time coming to Electric Haven. My first 2 visits to the shop were good. I called in today at 4:56 pm and asked if they had any cancelled appointments or openings...I was told that they were all free at 6, so I made an appointment with Aaron who had cut my hair before. I arrived at the barber shop just after 6, 6:03 to be exact. The open sign was turned off and the door was locked. I stood at the front door and tried to open it when 4 employees all looked at me and then proceeded to walk away to the back room and stay there. A 5th employee who was cleaning his station looked at me, and then turned around and went back to cleaning. No one even bothered to come to the door and politely tell me that they were closed (an hour early might I add) or see if I was the person that had just made an appointment. Yes, it's my fault that I was late. But I was 3 minutes late and you guys just decide to close down and when I come to your door just look at me and all turn around and walk away to a different room. If you all knew you had no appointments after 6 and had no intentions of helping any customers, then why bother giving me the option to make an appointment in the first place...just tell me you're all booked for the night. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service at this place. Will not be coming back here again or recommending your business to anyone I know as I did the first 2 visits.
