rev:text	I normally go to Aloha Nails in Blakeney but decided to check out the new Polished that opened near me- and I will never be going back. The place looks so nice inside and I was impressed. However, the people that worked in there didn't say hello, or greet you, or even ask what services you needed done- they just looked at you when you walked in and went about doing their thing (Which they did to every person that walked in while I was there getting my nails done). I got a pedicure which lasted a whole 15 minutes, with one coat of polish and didn't even get a finishing coat. The guy that did my nails set my bill next to me, didn't even acknowledge that he was done- and just walked away and went to someone else waiting in a chair. I sat there for awhile thinking he was going to come back to put another layer on but he didn't- So I got up and went to go pay, only to stand at the register for another 10 minutes waiting for someone to ring me out. Numerous workers walked by me several times never awknowledging me standing there waiting to pay. Overall, this place seemed completely unorganized and the workers are more worried about speed and getting you done as quick as possible regardless of their quality. I can still see the white part of my toenails through the polish - what a waste of money. It just goes to show that no matter how awesome, new, and elaborate your nail salon is, it never trumps customer service. Unfortunately this experience has deterred me from ever going to any of the other Polished Nail Bar locations. Aloha Nails now has a new loyal customer.
