This review is for the Audiology Department. I really cannot say enough good about my experience with them. My newborn failed three different hearing tests, so we needed to be referred to an Audiologist for further testing. We had originally been referred to a different place but when I called them to schedule, they didn't have any appointments until the end of March... I called PCH to see if they had availability sooner. Not only did they have sooner appointments, but they got us in the same week! I made a mistake when writing down the appointment time. I wrote down 830am when the appointment was actually for 8am. Once I arrived and realized my error, I was completely ready to be told that I would need to reschedule. They were so nice about my mix up and they still saw my daughter for the diagnostic hearing exam. Unfortunately, my daughter has hearing loss and will need to wear a hearing aid in each ear. When the next appointment was a no show, they went ahead and did the molding for my daughter's hearing aids the same day, which essentially saves us an additional trip there. We saw Dr. Harding and she was one of the nicest providers we have ever been to see. She was very accommodating and took the time to explain everything very clearly. I look forward to working with her on making sure that my baby girl has what she needs to be able to hear adequately.
