Put in a complaint from my last visit and received a call from Larry (Mr. Manager). He apologized and wanted to assure me that they would take care of me on my next visit.
So, I took them up on that offer because my poor old Audi doesn't like starting in the cold (not the battery). Basically if the temp is around 15 or below the car calls in sick, which in Pittsburgh during winter is not a good thing!
Anyways I explained the situation in detail with Larry and brought my car by that night so they can see it would start in the morning since it would be cold. Of course like any good car when they are in the shop they don;t do what they do at home, but after discussing my story with the mechanics they felt it was the ignition.
So far there have not been any really cold mornings, but I think it's fixed ....
