  • I pay $100-$130 JUST for internet. We are a gaming home, so we chose the gamers package for internet. Constantly have problems. No one can play a game if someone is streaming Netflix, lag terribly to the point of being removed from the game. We have replaced both modem and routers and when we call to have someone down here they are here for 10 mins telling me everything is fine and it's not their equipment. If century link wasn't just as bad, I'd have a different provider by now. We also seem to lose internet completely around 1am, reboot everything and nothing works. It's like it gets turned off. The people who I speak to are always nice but my problem is never resolved.
