  • Giving Pond Gnome just a one star based on their non service. Called them on a Thursday morning to have them come out and look at my pond pump as it had stopped working. Was requested to send them a pictures of my pond and the pump as well as my contact information. Which I did right away and called them to verify they had received it. They did. Well it is now Tuesday of the following week and Todd from The Pond Gnome just called to see if I still needed service. I told him no that I had someone else come out and fix it. Guessing they really don't need the business based on their slow response to customer calls.
