| - Well, this place sucked. That's 43 min of my life waiting for corn and a mangonada. I had read the reviews but like anyone else I figured it would be better for me. I was wrong! After going to the La Flor de Michoacan I can say that Zero Degrees is very poorly managed, too expensive and taste is not the best. Simply overrated for a place like this. One thing for example is Zero degrees mangonada is overpriced. A mangonada is supposed to be literally a mango with chamoy and tajin and whatever the vendor chooses to add to it. However I was surprised when the cashier asked me if I wanted the mango twist for 1 dollar more. I said yes of course but was a bit confused since a mangonada is supposed to have the mango included. I had the smallest size for 6.25 with the twist. A regular size (large) mangonada with mango, all the toppings, ice cream and a chamoy straw at La flor de Michoacán is roughly dollars, based on a few weeks ago. Also, the waiting time at Zero degrees is too long. The line was not long but it takes a long time. I placed my order at 5:18 and barely received it at 06:01. Overall, I personally recommend other places for a mangonada and elote. As far as how long it takes them to prepare items is ridiculous, poor managing. Seriously, read the reviews, there's a reason why so many people give poor reviews to this place. There were 6 people behind the counter and another one just eating and talking to them. They make all drinks for everyone before they start making the corn or food. So if your number is like 10, they will get you your drink along with the next numbers before they complete your entire order. Everyone there was complaining, I had to ask for my items. The customer who ordered before me was still waiting for their order when I walked out of the shop. Even Starbucks has more costumers and they're way quicker with less employees. I paid 5 dollars for corn hahahaha it's usually 3 or 4 dollars at the place I mentioned before but it's a big cup not a barely any corn tray as the one I got at Zero degrees. Sucks I really really wanted to like this place.
