My husband came home from vacation in Europe and was craving a big american steak. We arrived to Echo & Rig and was seated and a nice table inside. Our waiter Jesse was very nice, even showed us platter with steaks they offer. My husband ordered steakhouse cuts Rib-Eye and I ordered the Spencer steak. As appetizer we had portabello fries - delicious. But when the steaks arrived, mine looked good, nice thick steak, but very dry inside. My husband's Rib-Eye steak was 1/4inch flat steak and first bite he had to spitted out because it was chewy. he was very dissapointed. I ended up giving him my steak. We called our waiter, saying this place is butcher house and you are serving these tiny flat steak?! He took it back, never asked us if we wanted to order something else, and he said the manager will come to our table and talk to us. Never happened!!! Our waiter asked us 3 times if any of the managers came to our table. I saw managers walking around, talking to each other, practically doing nothing and none of them came and apologize. The owner of this place should fire all the managers right away. Very rude of them. I work as a hotel concierge on the strip, and I will never recommend this place to the guest or my family and friends!
