  • Buyer beware!!! Horrendous customer service!!! Been trying to get through to resolve an issue for 5 days now. Phone wait time ludicrous & callback queuing system doesn't work. Even posted 3x to FB site & tried submitting ticket though website. No response at all. The cameras that work are great, but if one has a problem, whoa Nelly, you're on your own.
