  • Terrible customer service. Rock bottom.. worst I have ever experienced. I have rented a car there twice..never again.. Cars are fine, but: - the cars have not been properly cleaned.. I find trash on the floor, stuff smeared on the seats, etc etc.. This happened both times..not minor stuff.. - rude service beyond belief...I have not experienced anything like this before..not only are the waiting times long..Starts with no greeting or even acknowledging of you even entering the office..rude communication end-to-end - They ping me in a weekend saying I have to return the car immediately as they have sold the car (!) and I need to swap it in.. I tell them I am an hour away and have other plans and that it would be a major inconvenience. They just continue to assert I have to come with the car...I ask why they cant come pick up the car themselves if its so urgent and dont see why it should be me that should suffer for their decision to sell a car that i have rented..they become agitated and say things like "look we have customers waiting here and we dony have time for this"..I actually do take the big detour and go there with the car..stand in a line..then they charge me $3+ per liter of gas as the tank is half full...I gently tell them the reason its half full is that they forced me to come asap with the car and that this whole thing is already a major inconvenience..they ask me to talk to heir manager...There is no end to how much effort they want you to put in for their unbelievably sucky customer service... They also couldn't give me an equivalent car... At another time I call them and say I want to extend my contract for another two weeks.. They ask if I have the contract, I say no because I am out of town, they tell me "call back when you have that" and hangs up without even hearing my response or even say goodbye!!!! Unbelievable..as if they couldnt just look me up in their computer (I am even have a preferred customer status)..and as if I dont even deserve a good bye...I call back and ask if they can look me up..they dont answer the question, just "call when you have the conbtract"..and ...hangs up!!! If you like being treated lite a nuance and feel sorry for being a customer, this is the right place for you. Complete failure.. Would give them -5 rating if it was possible. There are ton of rental places in town, there is no reason why you should choose this one.
