We bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta from this dealership. Customer service has been terrible. I should have been aware the night we bought the car and no one was available to detail while we waited. Service hours are until 5PM weekdays only! The salesman had us scheduled for a safety inspection 8 months after purchase. Well, it wasn't an inspection but oil change. Oil change on a car with less than 4600 miles. Next we had an issue with the molding around the windshield. Went in to have it checked, had to order part. Questioned how long it would take since it would be done on a weekday (No service on weekends), told by Danielle and she would let me know when she called to tell me part was in. Well, received postcard that part was in, no call. On December 27, 2016 called to schedule appointment, Danielle was not in and I would have to speak to her to find out the answer. Heidi said she would leave a note on her desk and have her call me back when she was in the next week. Scheduled appointment for January 16th along with the state inspection and emission. No call with information for wait. Did receive a voicemail to plan on leaving call for at least half the day. Sunday the lot was closed but also chained. Unless you know how to enter from rear you would think you couldn't leave car. No signage or information provided on how to leave the car. Today we were charged for full price for the inspection when it should have been reduced because car has below 5,000 miles and we haven't had the car for 12 months. Service manager, said that it had to be exactly 12 months for reduced rate. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Stay away!!!
