  • Once again I have to deal with the incompetence of the staff. First I get a rude, miserable MA then I get some person who totally screws up my repeat prescriptions, even though I wrote it out for her she still got it wrong and then I call and speak to someone at the front desk and they tell me I have it wrong. Please listen EVFP if you are that miserable in your job LEAVE before you cause harm to one of your patients. If you can't afford to employ staff who are at least competent get out of healthcare. Your reviews seem POOR with many commenting on rude staff, does anybody take any notice?
