  • Very happy with the service I received from Zoom Dry Cleaners. The staff was professional and pleasant when I arrived as a new customer. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel welcome. I was informed that a small barcode label would be affixed to the tags of my garments for tracking purposes. The barcode was placed on the underside of the tags and was not visible unless you flipped the tags over (it was very small, maybe a 3rd of an inch). I much prefer this method to some damaging alternatives that I've had in the past at other cleaners (pins, permanent marker, etc). They did a fantastic job of removing a stain on a dress. The 2 garments I had cleaned were returned to me in better shape than other cleaners have left them in. The location is convenient; I drive by there every time I head down to the Waterfront, and the price is great, so this is perfect for me!
