I've tried a few different classes and instructors. So far everyone has been really nice.
Now let me say that I have been doing yoga for about 4 years. Still a newt, but not completely new to it. I feel that they offer a lot for those still figuring out yoga.
I've seen instructors align students, approach them when they can tell they need modifications and be understanding when they realize you have injuries. It's always a good thing to let an instructor know that you have an injury before class starts.
I did try the Great Wall class. I think everyone should try this once cause sure there is something for everyone to experience for me, it was trusting in the straps to allow me to be completely supported by them. When I did hang against the wall, I did enjoy having my hands touch the ground. This let me understand the power you feel from grounding.
If you are new to inversions, this class is definitely for you.
