  • I love Chipotle, I really do and because it is more on the expensive side so I go here maybe twice a month as a treat. I look forward to going when my husband wants to go! When he told me we were going for dinner, it was getting me through work lol. After tonight I will not be returning to location, and quite frankly might be taking a break from chipotle. I do not mean any bad intention behind this review more for training & guidance on this individual employee. I ordered a drink, I only drink tea and water. I paid extra for the drink expecting to get some Nice tea. Wellll they were out of tea. Totally understandable if things run out. Right away I let the cashier (skinny, tattooed on his arms) know so they can get more tea and I could have it for some of my dinner. He responded "yeah one moment", then proceeded to stand there. 10 minutes later when it slowed down the cashier was sweeping, so then my husband asked him hey when will the tea be ready, he responds "after I'm done sweeping, I'll make it". Wow okay.... . 10 minutes passed again... so 20 minutes later... he was back at the cashier and no one was in line. He was just standing there. 10 minutes later so 30 minutes total, we decided to leave as we were done eating. I know it seems silly to write a bad review about tea, but the way we were treated by that cashier was just not expected as we always go to chipotle and I hardly buy drinks as we are on a budget. :/ bummed.
