  • We were renting from previous owners from 2010. The owner of the property decided to sell in 2012. Nancy Viramontez wasn't assigned to our rental at first. But since she took over. She had made sure our situations were always taken care of, through email and phone calls. She worked hard taking care of us until the very end of our lease in 2016. She is very honest and most of all very caring. Working as a go between for owner to tenant isn't an easy task. Nacy made it work for us and the owner by finding solutions, no excuse. Thank you Nancy Viamontez!
