  • Dr. Utley seems nice enough and his team (Rosa and Ame) were very gentle with my X-rays. But the office staff and the scheduling really disappointed me. My first visit was for discomfort. I ended up being there for almost 2 hours and only spent about 5 minutes with the Dr. Today's visit was supposed to be an exam and cleaning. After the routine X-rays and sitting in the chair waiting for nearly 90 minutes, I was told that they hadn't scheduled the cleaning for today. Only the exam. Again, I spent 5 minutes with the Dr. and came out with nothing! I have a busy schedule and had made it clear that today needed to be the day to get things done. They had zero openings that would work for me (especially knowing that I'd end up spending 90% of my time just waiting around). So I won't be using this office anymore. I suppose if you don't have a job or otherwise have all the time in the world, this dentist might work for you. As for me, I prefer someone who values me and my time. Disappointed.
