  • Several problems with the dinner service 1. Only one waiter was competent and seemed to have the ability to do stuff like take orders, manage the bar, print the check. 2. Drinks took 15 min to arrive and the complementary papad and chutney took 20 min 3. Order took 40 min.. and it was not complete.. after 40 min the waiter comes and tells me that some ingredient can't be found 4. The waiter tells stories.. customers dont care why food is late or why it is not available.. if it is not, the restaurant has to inform.them.on time and not after its too late to leave for another place 5. The remaining staff was useless. They could not convey simple requests like request for checks or serve food properly (idli came without chutney and we had to ask) 6. Lack of consideration.. we did not get the medhu vada we ordered and were informed after 40 min.. my mother ordered idli instead.. they served stale microwaved idli and still charged us. The only redeeming point was that the food was good. However I was so hungry by the time the food came I would have eaten a shoe.
