  • I called Danny's corporate office and filed a complaint. I was told by the receptionist, after she took down my complaint of my money being stolen and the lousy car washes I have received, that I would be expecting a call from a general manager within two business days. Two business days had passed and I never received a call. I called and spoke to the same receptionist and she put me on hold for over 15 minutes and no one came back on the phone so I just hung up and said screw it. An hour later I then finally received the call from a general manager and his response and concerns of what had happened was very astounding. He told me that all they could do was give a free wash and that he would speak to the store manager. I also mentioned that other reviews on yelp had mentioned that they have had things stolen from them as well and you know what he told me? I WOULDN'T TRUST YELP IF I WERE YOU, YOU CANNOT TRUST WHAT PEOPLE WRITE ON YELP. Well guess what pal, you just lost my business and I'm never going to Danny's crappy car wash again! See ya!
