They have recently really jacked up the prices on all the Enomatic machines. A typical example is charging $52.50 for a 5 oz. pour of Rochioli Pinot Noir. That bottle is $65 at Total Wine. Of course I expect to pay above-retail prices at a restaurant, but that price equals 400% higher than retail, and I'm sure that they didn't pay retail for the bottle, so their markup is at least 500%! The prices at the bar aren't much better. A pour of Honig Sauv Blanc ($16 retail bottle) was $11, a 350% markup over retail. This is really disappointing to us, since when we first moved to Anthem we thought we'd found our new local hang. We liked the ambiance, friendly bartenders, the food was decent, and we were having fun putting money on the Enomatic card and wandering around trying a bunch of different wines from the machines. But now, there's no way in heck we're paying those kinds of prices. There are so many better values to be had in Vegas. Sad to say we probably will not be back unless they roll back their prices.
