  • Walked in, ordered a small iced caramel coffee. While waiting for my order I used the restroom which had toilet paper strewn on the floor, the toilet was not flushed and it smelled terrible. After getting my drink I took one sip of my before throwing it out. It was so sweet it tasted like it had been sweetened with 20 packs of sweet n low, it had a very unpleasant aftertaste. While I was there I sat on one of their couch chairs. Upon a second glance I got up. There was stains all over it, food crumbs stuck between the cushions and there were several gnats buzzing around the sitting area. It was a very unpleasant experience and a waste of my money.
