| - The store is small, and unremarkable. The chocolate is tasty, but some pieces, such as the truffles, are so tiny for the price.
I went here today, as they're open for Valentine's Day, and there are ZERO prepared gift boxes, and the ones they have to choose from are small, boring, and they have a film of dust on them. (!)
They opened at 11:00...the place had zero customers in when I visited, but the tiny display case was seriously lacking. It was sparse selection. Sure, you might find a couple fun items, like a chocolate Serenity or a D20, but in my opinion it's not worth it unless you want once piece, and that's it. I spent over $30 here and it was waaaaaay too much. I sat in the parking lot having buyers remorse!
The lady didn't even line the gift box with wax paper, or seal it, or even ribbon it. I'm going to have to fix this before I give it.
This store is NOT what I expected at all. It's bare minimum running on a couple trendy candy mold shapes.
I would think by the presentation only that this candy was cheap if I received it. For the price, it better have taste and presentation!
Do yourselves a favor: go to Malley's down the road, go to Sweet Designs, Lilly, or Mitchell's in CH.
