I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. I dropped my iPhone 6 almost a week ago and I was really worried that I would have to pay to replace my phone. My display was mildly damaged and my screen was horribly shattered. I just got this phone about four months ago so, understandably enough, I was distraught. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted and assisted to someone who singed me in. I did have to wait about half an hour for someone to take a look at my phone and give me an estimate. I hadn't backed my phone up yet and I was told the cost of a repair. Unfortunately, my phone is slightly bent as well so the repair might not take. I had the option to have them try and repair it anyways, or just replace the whole thing. I put my faith in their capabilities and asked for the repair. Exactly an hour later I came back in hopes that they were successful and again, I was immediately greeted and helped to where I needed to be. Somehow they managed to fix my phone for half the cost other places would have charged me in almost no time at all. It honestly felt like magic. It's as if they are magical elves who work yin a workshop in the back like this is what they do when they aren't working for Santa in the winter time. I cannot express how elated I am that this worked out so well in my favor. I honestly made this yelp account so that I could leave this review. I am very very VERY appreciative and pleased with the service demonstrated upon my visit and I now understand why so many people refer to Apple. The employees were outstanding and happy and helpful. Again. VERY SATISFIED.
