  • If I can give zero stars I would... Already 4 hours delayed... And now further delays. They kept us on the first flight for an hour inside the plane due to a leak and then finally switched us to another plane. Now this plane is returning back to the gate from the runway because the engine is messed up. What a shitty start to my bacherlette trip to cancun. A PTO wasted. All my friends are there waiting and I am stuck in Charlotte. US airway is awful, will never fly this airline again.
