  • Very friendly and professional on the phone. Their technician Adam was knowledgable and professional. They did not seem like they were trying to upsell me anything to make a little extra. I called on New year's eve and they sent someone out on New year's day for service. My in-laws have used The door doctors on several occasions over the last 15 years! I would Highly Recommend. Don't be fooled by the other company with the same name. I called the other company first by mistake and they were not as helpful on the phone and I realized I called the wrong door doctor. Honest and fair prices with great service!
