  • I'm a guy, and I was skeptical about going to a "spa and salon" type place. My normal haircut choices have been determined by whichever barber shop was cheapest. Never again. It's more than a haircut. It's an entire head pampering experience! They shampoo you, massage your head, cut your hair, wash it again (I think, to be honest I fell asleep), and put a steamy hot towel on your face. I had Jersey cut my hair, and she was awesome. I had very vague instructions about what I wanted (I said something like 'I want something cool, but office appropriate, and not boring, but not crazy looking) and she NAILED it. Best haircut I ever had, and it's not even close. This is to haircuts what a mani/pedi is to clipping your nails. Ladies, tell your man not to be afraid of letting a true pro take control of their dome.
