  • Don't waste your time on this two person company. I just had my car supposedly detailed by the owner and his sidekick yesterday. The two of them spent less than 1 hour doing a terrible job. Car looks no different than before they started. They didn't cleans the rims, dress the tires, vacuum the carpets completely, wash the bug spray off the bumpers, etc... I took several after photos to send to the owner to show him how poor a job he did but he refused to give me his email address. He said all complaints should be taken up with Groupon, the company I purchased the service through. He said he doesn't really care if I'm happy or not. He also said that he makes a ton of money on this deal through Groupon and he's not about to spend anymore than an hour on doing a full service detail. I'll be contesting the charge with Groupon and AMEX.
