  • Rude staff. It's so funny how the clerks think they are superior to their customers. Middleton store is the worst, most other locations are better (I travel frequently so have been to many locations). After my last visit to Middleton I decided that I no longer want to give my business to a company that allows this kind of behavior. No more JJILL for me, too many other options out there.
