  • I've never wrote a review before but I felt like I needed too after coming here. I had the absolute worst experience here. I came because it's right down the street and it was so cheap (the price is the only good thing about this place). I had fake nails that I wanted taken off and then get nail polish on my nails. Instantly she was grabbing my hands, pulling them towards her so hard it was jerking my whole body. It was really aggressive. But I'm not even mad about that. I'm mad that when she's using the electric tool to take my nails off, she kept hitting my skin and I have large scabs not all over my fingers. It was soooo painful and then putting acetone on it after was horrible. The crazy thing is when I pulled back and yelped she said "oh hehe I know it scary".....no it's not scary it's painful!!! And after all this my nail polish looks terrible! It's all over my cuticle and the gel clear top coat is all over my skin. It's like having super glue on ur fingers. I've been picking it off all week. Plus I had to ask her to file and cut my nails to make them even. It felt like she was just trying to do it fast and get on to the next person. It was a horrible experience and I'm telling you if ur looking to get your nails done don't go here.
