  • Since my previous bad experience at this library, things have drastically changed. It's like someone came in and revamped the place within a very short period of time. The staff is kinder now and when people start talking on the phone, they are kindly asked to step outside. It still floors me that adults answer their phones and carry on conversations in libraries. At least this library is making an attempt to improve. What else can you ask for? I have moved my previous 1 star to five stars. It's admirable that this library listens to the people and improve upon their service.
