  • These guys are pros, you know your computer is sick when it's an apple and it stops working! I was having a keychain issue that stopped my computer from working. 1.5 days later it was good as new and fast as ever. Staff was friendly and brilliant young people. The only reasons I did not give 5/5 stars is because their resale prices are too high on macs as you can get any old Mac on Craigslist significantly cheaper and after being wiped clean will work just as good as there's. Second reason is because they installed software called malware bites that I didn't authorize. If your like me you have no idea how to remove stuff like that and after my 30 trial ended it still has never detected one threat and prompts me to pay to renew. If they asked I would have said no thx. Still an amazing experience. Didn't lose any data. Mac works after going there. Would go again.
