My daughter bought an oil pump for nearly $300.00 from Bumper to Bumper, as it turned out my husband had to replace her motor and she didn't need the pump. It very clearly states on the bottom of the receipt that the part can be returned within 3 months as long as they are not used. My daughter called about returning the part within the three months and was told they would not take it back, but the man she spoke to was going to speak to the manager and call her back. She did not get a call back...
FYI, when a business places this kind of statement on their paperwork; it is legally binding, according to the Alberta Government.
I guess we will see where this goes!
