Very disappointing stay. By far the worst Westin experience I've ever had. The thermostat in my room is broken and the room is very warm with no way to cool it down. Maintenance came to my room the first night to fix it but it didn't help. I told the front desk this morning that it is still very warm. They said maintenance would check it today. Came back to my room tonight after work and it's just as warm. Went to the front desk again and was told they are too busy to switch rooms right now. Seriously? Awesome customer service, Westin. I'll be traveling here for business quite often. Guess where I won't be staying?
