  • Made an appointment with a very nice guy on the phone and went in for a gel manicure. A woman with short blonde hair and bangs had me sit at her chair. She put on the foil wraps to remove my gel polish, told me to hold on a second, and WALKED OUT THE DOOR. She left me sitting in the chair confused for 15 minutes until the man who i spoke to on the phone came over and started removing my previous polish. She finally came back after 20 minutes had passed WITH FOOD FROM SUBWAY. She then came back to do my manicure. She was very rough with my nails and I left with my cuticles bleeding. She was also texting on her phone the entire time she was doing my nails. The decor in the shop was extremely nice and the man that I spoke to on the phone and who took off my polish was very polite. But do whatever you can to stay away from this technician. UPDATE: just looked at my nails more closely and she didn't paint the gel all the way down and left the sides of my nails unpainted! Not happy at all. Will post pictures.
