| - Went to Wolfley's for the ASU/Oregon game last night and really enjoyed it. The place was hopping with every table full and there was a real stadium environment going on. The fact that U of A was playing at the same time on another channel added to the atmosphere. The cool thing was that we could see all of the games perfectly from our table. There were lots of big screens with great high-quality HD TVs in the room. Somebody was really looking out for the footballs fans and put some serious thought into the way they were placed.
As far as dinner goes, I guess my expectations weren't that high because most Sports Bars really don't offer much in the way of food, but this place is different; evidently, they take the food very seriously. First, the menu is HUGE! They have a good selection of just about everything. They must be known for wings, burgers and steaks because that's what seemed to be being dropped off at all of the tables. My friends ordered wings and sliders, which they really liked, but because I'm on a very strict diet I could not have either of those dishes. AMAZINGLY, they had something that I could order without any brain damage whatsoever. It's called "Training Camp," and is a choice of beef, chicken or fish with steamed vegetables and/or salad. It was awesome! Just what the doctor ordered... literally.
Looks like this Sports Bar is all grown up and ready for adults to partake in the fun. I will definitely be back, and soon.
