rev:text	My friends had booked a 2pm appointment for the group in one of the semi-private rooms after trying the place before. We got to our appointment on time and they make you pay upfront in the beginning, which fine, if you're getting good service but that's not what we got. We didn't even get the semi-private room but some room near the front door, which made it noisy with all the traffic from customers going in and out even with the muzak and folks were coming in and out of our room. They don't start our massages until 40 minutes after we get there at 2:40pm, they pretty much forgot one of my other friends and she didn't get started until 10 minutes after us. I can understand starting perhaps a few minutes late but 40 minutes is a lot and there's no compensation for their tardiness so if you have to be somewhere else you're screwed. This is why they should allow people to pay at the end because I would have walked out. They kept saying it's lunar new year so it's busy, ummm...well don't take appointments, if you can't handle and manage your business. My massage lady was unimpressive and I didn't feel she really knew what she was doing and she kept leaving to get stuff for long periods of time. I get it leave for a minute or two but for over 5 minutes for 3 different occasions, that adds up to 15 minutes, which doesn't make it an hour long massage. The hot stones were nice but not enough to make the crappy experience better. My friend that got her massage 10 minutes after us got even more screwed they ended her massage around the same time ours ended. Save your money or invest in a decent massage place and go somewhere else.
