  • Referred to them through our Home Warranty company, America Home Shield. The technician came out four times and was never able to find anything wrong with our dishwasher. On the last time out he put down that the problem was our water heater settings were wrong. Our sink is right next to the dishwasher and it is not possible to hold your hands under that faucet for more than a few seconds as it will burn you. We called the insurance company and they agreed to buy us out. After reading what the technician put down on his last report they refused us. I normally would not second guess the technician but we just installed a new machine and it works perfectly. So does the hot water heater which was never the problem. Because of what he put down on the last work order we had to pay for it ourselves. We felt he was passing the buck. Nice guy but the end result was expensive. American Home Shield are crooks and I believe they are in with these guys for a reason. I am filing several formal complaints
