  • NEVER buy a car from DAY. Arrogant, sexist, ignorant salesmen, Jim Harrison, and his so called manager who sexually harassed me --the usual- they see a woman coming in and think, Oh boy, here comes a sucker. The salesman wasted my time. I left the day I went in because of his stereotypical bs, and then HE called me the next day to try to make a deal because he hadn't met his quota and it was at the end of the month. I told him exactly how much money I had to spend, I had a trade in car and I clearly told them this is it, don't ask me for what I don't have. But they didn't listen, they don't answer questions. They were disrespectful, they use different Kelly Book values. They knew nothing about my trade in car, and assumed the worst. Didn't even drive it. All they care about the almighty buck to the detriment of their reputation. They just wanted to get more money out of me, typical. Manager was condescending and called me "sweetie" and told me my Volvo was worthless. That is just the start. They misrepresented themselves over and over, lied, and didn't answer simple questions. I will tell everyone I know not to go there.
