rev:text	Well I decided to try Message Envy in Goodyear as a first time customer. I made an online appointment early in the day yesterday for 2pm today and got an email confirmation. When I arrived I was told they did not have an appointment for me. So I showed them the email and was told that they were sorry but they were "trouble shooting" their online appointment system because "we have had other customers who booked online and show up and we don't have their appointment either."The best they could do was offer me another day or a male therapist for later today but I had requested female. I had just run a 1/2 marathon race on Sunday and did not want to go later in the week. I requested today for my recovery. This was a really poor experience for a first time visitor. I eventually called the Avondale location and got in an hour and a half later with Andrea who was great. However I did not join as a member based on my bad experience in Goodyear. Skeptical.
