| - It's my 25th wedding anniversary, my wife & I planned a bang zoom vacation. VEGAS! SAN FRANCISCO! NAPA VALLEY! SACRAMENTO! We had all these plans, my wife had a trick up her sleeve. She wanted to buy me something to represent our 25th wedding anniversary.
When I was in the military, before I went overseas, my mom bought me a beautiful crucifix. She gave it to me and I never took it off. About 6 months ago, I saw my necklace laying on the floor. ?? I searched everywhere, I was so bummed I lost what my mom gave to me.
My wife knew it bugged me, don't worry she's say. It will show up. It didn't. :(
We start walking into the Crystal shops and she tells me, I'd like to buy you a crucifix. Really? Yep, we're in Vegas so lets have something you'll always remember. Interesting because I know where to shop. I start in Harry Winston & Van Cleef, they're showing me diamond studded crucifixes, that's not what I'm about. My mom bought a plain crucifix, no diamonds or flash.
When I walked into the Tiffany & Co location, I knew I found the right fit. I told the sales folks, I didn't want anything flashy on a religious piece of jewelry. Not a problem sir, they brought out a beautiful piece! When I told them the story of how I lost what my mom gave me, the manager opened a bottle of champaign and brought us into the private room?!
I was thinking, how many people have been in this room? Was Jay Z buying Beyonce new diamonds at this location? And I'm here buying a crucifix, made us feel great.
Thank you Tiffany & Co for making our purchase extra special
