  • Have been to this store several times and never had a bad experience that needed to be shared but things changed today. I went in to drop some boxes and since I had ran out of tape, I thought the store could help with taping the boxes. Turns out to tape three boxes, the guy at the store was trying to sell tape and giving me grief about it taking a long time. Are you serious? He even suggested I pay 5$ to help fill up the box with filler paper so its securely packed. He kept on reiterating that I need to bring the boxes taped several times. Not sure what's up with all the 5 star reviews but I was so annoyed with the service today that I won't be returning here again.
