All talk and no follow up!!!!! I called the parts department so many times I finally gave up!
I turned my Tesla in when the lease was complete. I received NO PAPER work and was told "it will be in mail". I called a week later....the sales person said he would follow up...I heard nothing, called twice again...all promises....NO CALL BACK. Called today, spoke to Mauricio, he, like all of them said "you haven't dealt with me yet, I will get it done today by 10:30" NO CALL BACK....I called at 2:45 and spoke to the manager....I was of course frustrated and short...she hung up...any surprise why these hot shot sales people could care less about customer service?
Tesla has lost the plot, so glad I got rid of mine.
