  • Very horrible experience with getting a quote over the phone! I have been in the market for a couple weeks now for a new AC unit for my home. I have received a couple other quotes from companies around the Valley but decided to give George Brazil a call to get a final quote! MISTAKE! Being a young homeowner, I am not very savvy when it comes to purchasing something of this matter! I was speaking with the gentleman over the phone about what I was looking for, he was very pleasant until I had mentioned the 3 other quotes I had previously received and I wanted to compare those quotes to the one he could give me.. Then it got nasty. He stated "I am getting quotes on trash" The unit I will get if I go with a different company will be garbage" "Never go to those cheap mom and pop companies". I understand George B needs to make money, but an experience like that will not help you retain or attract new customers. I am sorry to say I will not be calling this company again, no potential customer should be spoken to like that.. Imagine the treatment I would get if I called to report a problem with a unit they installed... YIKES!
