Average amenities and inept service.
Booking a 2 night stay here was easy. The rates are typical for the area of the city and check in was pleasant. Unfortunately the deadbolt in our room didn't work. We asked to switch and were accommodated but the new room was a significant step down. From one king bed with a living area and a new walk in shower to two Queen beds and a cramped bathroom.
The door locked properly although the conjoining room door did not. This feels like a pretty fundamental thing to fix. The tub didn't drain properly and a shower experience doubled as an ankle bath.
Continental breakfast was typical - eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt, waffles with juice and coffee.
On day two we returned to our room to find it hadn't been cleaned yet. No big deal: a trip to the front desk assured us they would do it shortly. Still - after returning several hours later nothing had changed. The front desk staff brought us clean towels and apologized profusely.
I wouldn't stay here again. There are many similarly priced hotels which offer a better experience.
